Barbara Gifford, Senior VA Supervisor 

Barbara is an experience PREVA and our Northern Regional Manager/Sr. VA. who is also a talented Webmaster and Graphic Artist. She takes great pains to ensure client tasks are handled properly and in a timely manner. She handles all of our custom website and SEO work and leads our logo design talent. Barbara is licensed in Ohio and has been supporting Top Producing agents for over 6 years.  She is certified in Top Producer, and has much experience using Point2Agent, #1 Expert websites, Constant contact, Leadstreet, Tiger leads, Homefeedback, Realtor.com, Real Pro, many MLS's, Microsoft Office, Word Perfect, Microsoft Publisher, Pagemaker, Excel, and many other Real Estate Programs and services.



Marsha Baker-Eastern Regional Manager/Virtual Assistant

Marsha's administrative background leans toward customer care. She is our Eastern Regional Mangers and Sr. VA. She is pleasant and easy to work with. She is proficient using Top Producer, Point2Agent, Realtor.com, Resionline, Real Pro, many MLS's, Microsoft Office, Word Perfect, Microsoft Publisher, Pagemaker, Gift Pro, Mas 90, Excel, Follet.

 



Casey Wilson - Sr. VA/Admin Manager 


Casey has previous experience in a Real Estate office in the marketing department,  and has worked for a new home builder in the sales office. She was also an active Real Estate agent in Missouri from 1998 to 2006 with Coldwell Banker. Additionally, she has  assisted Sales Agents on a per job basis with any marketing they needed. Flyers, entering information in MLS, held open houses, etc.

 
 





Cheryl Pace, REO Manager 
 

As REO Manager, I coordinate work for REO Transactions between the agents and the REO TC VAs.  I also work with agents to get them registered on various REO bank sites. I also have several admin clients that I support. I have been working with REVStaffing for almost two years. I have supported agents with listing coordination (MLS, P2, RealPro, Craigslist, Backpage, Postlets and many more), updating template web sites, uploading images/photos/video, converting documents to PDF, uploading documents to web sites or MLS, editing and/or resizing photos, ad creation, creating property flyers and marketing materials, Just Listed and Just Sold cards, and enhanced listing use on Realtor.com. I am a certified Webographer. I have also taken training in Search Engine Optimization and XHMTL coding. I am also a Graphics Designer and use Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro to create custom pieces. I am currently training on Dreamweaver so I can begin to design web pages..
 
 
  Alexis Hawkins, Administrative Manager  

 Possesses ability to work independently, handle escalated situations and resolve customer inquiries. Data entry utilizing QuickBooks & Word. File Maintenance. Excellent verbal and written skills including grammar and voice quality. Self-sufficient and dependable. Ryan Sparks - Lead Counsel for REVStaffing Transaction Coordination Division - New To Our Team!

Ryan is a closing attorney licensed in Alabama, and will be working with our Transaction Coordination Division. He is with us to field general questions about real estate and corporate law.
