Deborah Steuer, Owner, PREVA
Years of experience supporting top agents in Atlanta, Georgia and the Emerald Coast of Florida. Now supporting agents in 22 states. Originally licensed in Georgia in 1978, Deborah holds a license in both Georgia and Florida. She no longer sells. Proficient with Top Producer 7i,trained on RAINMAKER e-Central, and an array of other real estate focused softwares, she works toward supporting agents in a way to relieve stress and allow the agent to focus on dollar productive activities. Barbara is an experience REVA who is also a talented Webmaster and Graphic Artist. She is our Senior VA Supervisor and takes great pains to ensure client tasks are handled properly and in a timely manner. Marina -Sr.VA-Leads & Prospecting
Marina is our expert on Expireds, FSBO follow up and prospecting leads. Licensed in Minnesota and holds an ABR designation. She specializes in client care, prospecting and marketing aspects of our Virtual Support business. She can support you as a Lead Coordinator. As such her duties would include following up with buyers, qualifying them and setting appointments, returning incoming calls, calling past clients for referrals, managing internet inquiries and utilizing drip campaigns to stay in touch. As a Listing Coordinator she can support your efforts to generate new listings and revenue by helping the rainmaker fully utilize his/her current systems including Real Pro Systems, Number1Expert, Agent Office, Proquest Technologies, The RedX and Zip Forms. She has and can implement and run an Expired Program.

Maritza Collins, Transaction Coordinator/Real Estate Virtual Assistant
Maritza is our Transasction Coordinator handling our clients closings using SettlementRoom. She has over ten years of experience supporting senior level executives. She is proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, Access and various real estate software packages. As an experienced, licensed, real estate agent in Georgia, she understands the importance of support you can count on. She is detail oriented and stays on top of every aspect of your transactions. She will implement your closing checklist into our SettlementRoom transactions to service your pending closings the way you want them handled with personal attention.

Tiffany is an experienced office manager, teacher and salesperson. She brings field experience to her administrative skills. She is excellent with our clients flyers/property brochures, research and more.
